1. Acceptance of Terms

By entering the premises of Montecristo Club, purchasing tickets, booking tables, you (“the Guest”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not enter or use our services. These terms are in addition to and do not replace any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.

2. Entry Requirements & Age Policy

2.1 Age Restriction

Entry to the Venue is strictly restricted to persons aged 18 years or over. Valid photographic proof of age identification must be presented upon request at any time while on the premises. Accepted forms of ID include:

• ID
• Passport
• EU driving licence
• Military ID card

The Venue reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who cannot produce acceptable identification, regardless of their stated age.

2.2 Right of Admission

The Venue reserves the right to refuse entry or require any Guest to leave at any time, at the absolute discretion of door staff or management, without obligation to provide a reason. Grounds may include but are not limited to:

• Intoxication or suspected drug use
• Inappropriate, threatening, or antisocial behaviour
• Failure to comply with dress code requirements
• Being on the Venue’s exclusion list
• Venue reaching maximum capacity
• Safeguarding concerns

2.3 Dress Code

Guests are required to comply with the Venue’s dress code, which may vary by night or event. The Venue reserves the right to update the dress code at any time. General standards require smart, clean attire. The following are typically not permitted:

• Sportswear, tracksuits, or football kits
• Ripped or heavily distressed clothing
• Work boots, steel-toe-capped footwear, or heavily soiled footwear
• Caps or hoods worn inside the Venue (at management discretion)

3. Guest Conduct & Behaviour

Guests are expected to behave in a responsible and respectful manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Violence, fighting, or threatening behaviour toward staff or other Guests
• Verbal abuse, harassment, discrimination, or hate speech of any kind
• Possession or use of illegal substances on the premises
• Supply or distribution of illegal substances
• Unauthorised photography or recording of other Guests or staff without consent
• Damage to Venue property or equipment
• Smoking (including e-cigarettes and vaping devices) outside of designated smoking areas
• Climbing on fixtures, furniture, stages, or DJ equipment

Any Guest found to be in breach of these conduct requirements will be required to leave the premises immediately and may be subject to a permanent ban. The Venue will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities and will share CCTV footage or other evidence as required.

4. Search Policy

For the safety and security of all Guests and staff, the Venue operates a search policy on entry. By entering the Venue, you consent to:

• Personal searches conducted by trained security personnel of the same gender
• Scanning with metal detection wands or walk-through scanners
• Inspection of bags, coats, and personal items

Guests who refuse to submit to a search will be refused entry. Any prohibited items discovered during a search will be confiscated and may be reported to the police. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, weapons of any kind, illegal substances, and professional recording equipment.

5. Tickets, Table Bookings & Payments

5.1 Tickets

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless an event is cancelled or significantly changed by the Venue. In the event of cancellation, refunds will be issued at the main entrance. The Venue is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.

After the validity of the ticket a bracelet will provided and is valid for one day which you can use it if you exit and you want to return to the venue.Any fake or worn again entry will not be allowed.

5.2 Table & Booth Reservations

Table reservations may require a minimum spend commitment or pre-payment deposit. Deposits are non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of the booking date. Guests who fail to arrive within 30 minutes of the agreed reservation time may forfeit their table without refund. Minimum spend requirements must be met over the course of the evening and cannot be carried over to future visits.

5.3 Guest List

Inclusion on a guest list does not guarantee entry. Guest list status is subject to availability, dress code compliance, and the Venue’s right of admission. Guest list entry may be subject to an earlier arrival cut-off time, which will be communicated at the time of registration.

6. Alcohol Policy

The Venue holds a premises licence permitting the sale of alcohol to adults aged 18 and over. In compliance with Greek licensing law:

• Alcohol will not be served to persons who are, or appear to be, intoxicated
• Alcohol will not be served to persons under the age of 18
• Guests may not bring their own alcohol onto the premises
• The Venue promotes responsible drinking and reserves the right to decline service at any time

Complying with requests from staff regarding alcohol service is mandatory. Failure to do so may result in removal from the premises.

7. Zero Tolerance Drug Policy

The Venue operates a strict zero-tolerance policy toward illegal drugs. Possession, use, or supply of any controlled substance on the premises is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the Venue, a permanent ban, and referral to the police.

8. Liability & Personal Property

8.1 Personal Property

The Venue does not accept responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought onto the premises.

There is no cloakroom service available at the venue. Backpacks, luggage, or large bags are not permitted, except for handbags.

8.2 Personal Injury

The Venue takes all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of its Guests. However, the Venue does not accept liability for personal injury, illness, or death arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, or from the Guest’s own negligence or failure to comply with these terms. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes the Venue’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

The inclusion of links is for informational purposes only and does not imply any suggestion, invitation, or recommendation by the joint controllers.

Personal Data Protection

The joint controllers comply with applicable personal data protection regulations, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and relevant Spanish legislation.

Personal data provided by users will be processed for the purposes of:

• managing access to and attendance at events;
• responding to inquiries or requests;
• managing commercial communications where consent exists;
• ensuring the safety of people, property, and facilities.

Data will be retained for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected or while a legal obligation exists.

Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and, where applicable, objection, by submitting a written request together with a copy of their identification document to

Social Media

During events held at the venues, images and videos may be captured for promotional, informational, or advertising purposes and may be used in any media, including websites and social networks.

The legal basis for processing shall be the consent granted by the user through the purchase of the ticket and attendance at the event.

Under no circumstances will identifying data be disclosed to third parties, except where required by law.

If an attendee does not wish to be recorded or photographed, they must avoid posing in front of cameras and expressly inform venue staff.

8.3 Events Beyond Our Control

The Venue shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure arises from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, fire, flood, extreme weather, pandemic, civil unrest, government action, or power failure.

9. CCTV & Data Protection

For the safety and security of Guests and staff, CCTV cameras are in operation throughout the Venue, including at entry and exit points. CCTV footage is retained in accordance with our data retention policy and may be shared with law enforcement where required by law or court order.

10. Noise & Community Responsibility

Guests are asked to be considerate of local residents when entering and leaving the Venue. Excessive noise, shouting, or antisocial behaviour in the surrounding area is prohibited. Guests engaging in such behaviour may be refused re-entry.

11. Special Events & Promotions

From time to time, the Venue hosts special events with specific terms, including but not limited to different pricing, age restrictions, dress codes, or entry requirements. Such event-specific terms will be communicated at the point of ticket purchase or on the Venue’s promotional materials and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

12. Amendments to These Terms

The Venue reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on the Venue’s website and displayed at the point of entry. Continued use of the Venue’s services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece
